Westerbeke Product & Warranty Registration
Thank you for purchasing a Westerbeke product! Completing the Product Registration Form for your new engine, generator or climate control system is an important first step in protecting your investment.
Why should I register my product?
Westerbeke requires, as a prerequisite to warranty coverage, that the original owner fully complete the registration form and submit it to Westerbeke.
Safety: Registering your product will enable us to contact you in the unlikely event a safety notification is required.
Warranty Service: Registering your product will expedite the process to obtain warranty service.
Confirmation of Ownership: If you need to file an insurance claim, in case of theft, etc., your product registration may serve as a proof-of-purchase.
To activate your warranty, simply fill out the form below, click the register button, and your product purchase will be registered with our warranty department. Upon receipt of the completed product and warranty registration form, all necessary information will be transferred to a “Customer Identification Card.” You should receive the identification card within thirty (30) days of registration. If you prefer to register using a printed form, please use the registration card provided with your product.
A detailed warranty statement outlining coverage on your particular product is included in the documentation package that is shipped with every engine, generator and climate control system.
